A little intel on this format...Mad Libs Jr. are Mad Libs for the 5-7 year old crowd and are a little different than the traditional fill in the blank format. To help younger kids create their own silly stories, there are symbols denoting whether a blank is a Noun, Adjective, Verb or Misc. (sometimes this is a number, a color or other specific category of words relating to the story). Above the story, there's a word bank for each symbol, giving Mad Libbers choices for their fill-ins.  What a cool way for kids to learn about parts of speech while independently creating their own stories! 

I wrote this book when my kids were smaller, and could definitely relate to Llama Llama's Mama (though truth be told, she was more of a role model with her patience levels!).
